The water has a constant temperature throughout the year of 25° (With the current temperatures, the water will be perfect for the bathroom), which are classified as hypothermic and its chemical composition, 700 mg/l sulfated-magnesium mixed bicarbonate, are considered oligometalic MIDDLE MINERALISATION, excellent for health and skin.

There is also something of legend: It is said that the Moorish king Abu-Zayd brought women from his harem to bathe in these waters convinced that gave eternal youth. Can still be seen, on the right bank of the river, some remains of these thirteenth-century Arab baths.

Precautions

COVID 2019

To control capacity and conserve nature, the Montanejos council has introduced a fee for access to the spa of €3/person for online sales and €3.50/person for sale at the ticket office.
The route that will be carried out will be about 6km round trip, with rest stops. The hiking trail is optional, but highly recommended.
You must bring your own food and drink, as we will be in the middle of nature.
It is mandatory to have at least 2L of water per person, to carry out the hiking route.
Respect the environment and collect your garbage before leaving the environment.
We recommend buying water shoes at Decathlon to avoid slipping, if you are going to get into the river and thus not get hurt by the stones of the rivers or the rocks of the Calas Marinas, these shoes can be used in many activities, such as Peñon Ifach, Trekking Aquatic, Charcos de Quesa, Bolbaite, etc.
The information and communication WhatsApp group will be created for the excursion, so it is very important to verify that the WhatsApp number that you add in the purchase is correct. If it is an international number you must also add the country code.

The schedules must be strictly respected, the passenger who arrives late to board the bus, and misses it, the company will not be responsible and will have to pay for their return to their destination.
Eating is not allowed inside the bus.
It is not allowed to walk in the corridors of the bus, the seat belt is mandatory on all routes of the bus.
You cannot leave anything of value on the bus, any object that is lost, we are not responsible.
Make the excursion responsibly and cautiously, take care of yourself !! since in free time you are under your own responsibility.

All our excursions comply with current health and safety regulations in compliance with Order TMA / 384/2020, of May 3, of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda:

The use of a mandatory mask, inside the bus, both round trip.
Hand disinfection with antibacterial gel, before boarding the bus.
Temperature taking, as a rapid COVID test test.
Each passenger must travel in the same seat on each leg of the trip.
The buses are disinfected each way.

How to access the Bus?

You can access the bus with your order number and your identity document.

If you have bought it online, it is sent to you by email (check your spam box for your email). You can also find this locator in the profile that you have created on our website, after completing the purchase: User Panel / Tickets Purchased / Name of the excursion.

Can I pay the same day of the excursion?

Unfortunately not, since we cannot guarantee that there will be places available that same day.

Are there promotions?

Of course, early bird offers are available in office!

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, at any time, you can cancel your participation in the excursion, having the right to a refund of the amounts you have paid, however, you will have to compensate the indicated amounts:

a) A penalty consisting of 25% of the total amount paid for management expenses.
b) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within the week of the excursion.
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within 2 days before the date of the excursion.

To avoid these types of penalties, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for up to 24 hours.
