Precautions

The visit is free in Madrid, but we will give you all the necessary information so that you can visit each place at your own pace and without pressure. Our coordinator will take a tour of the most important places in the area and you can accompany her if you wish.
The Christmas lights will be turned on throughout Madrid at 18:00h
Admission to the “Prado Museum” is free from 18:00h to 20:00h
Admission to the “Reina Sofía Museum” is free from 19:00h to 21:00h
“Retiro Park” is the lung of Madrid: admission is free from 15:00h to 21:00h
You can bring your own food and drink without problems, but remember that there are also many restaurants in the city, in case you want to taste the local cuisine.
The digital souvenir photo is a photo that our coordinator takes individually or in a group, totally free and that she then shares in the excursion’s WhatsApp group. We also upload it to our
Facebook page so you can download it.
Respect the environment and collect your trash before leaving each place.
It is very important to carry a portable cell phone charger to always stay connected.
A private WhatsApp group will be created for the excursion, which will serve as communication. It is normally created the day before, so it is very important to verify that the WhatsApp number you add when purchasing is correct. If it is an international number you must also add the country prefix.

The schedules must be strictly respected, the passenger who arrives late to board the bus or boat, and misses it, the company will not be responsible and will have to pay for their return to their destination.
Eating is not allowed inside the bus
You cannot get on the bus with wet clothes.
It is not allowed to walk in the corridors of the bus, the seat belt is mandatory on all routes of the Bus.

Can I pay the same day of the excursion?

Unfortunately not, since we cannot guarantee that there will be places available that same day.

Are there promotions?

Of course, after having made your first excursion with us, you enjoy an exclusive discount on all our future excursions.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes, at any time, you can cancel your participation in the excursion, having the right to a refund of the amounts you have paid, however, you will have to compensate the indicated amounts:

a) A penalty consisting of 25% of the total amount paid for management expenses.
b) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within the week of the excursion.
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within 2 days before the date of the excursion.

To avoid these types of penalties, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for up to 24 hours.
